JBA Seed Potatoes Online Shop

This online shopping facility is provided as a service to our users and provides secure online transactions using the Protx payment gateway.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in good condition, potatoes are a perishable product and should be stored appropriately on receipt.

If your product doesn't reach you in a satisfactory condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to notify us that you intend to return your order. You can also contact us by telephone using 01461 202 567.

We will be able to replace returned orders provided we are notified within 3 days of receipt and we have the correct product in stock.

In cases where we are unable to replace a returned order we are able to issue a full refund.
