Sinapis alba 'Mustard Sprouting seeds are extremely easy to grow, nutrious and vitamin rich. Ideal for children. Spicy, peppery sprouts,goes great with cress in salads and sandwiches. Ready to eat in 3-7 days.

Height: 1cm-10cm

Exposure: Full sun to partial shade

Harvest: All year round - when 5cm tall

Garden Uses: Great for planting in greenhouse, glass house or at home.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:

Starting Indoors - All year round

Sprinkle the seeds generously on moist kitchen roll or cotton wool. Keep moist and in a well position, your kitchen windowsill is ideal. Alternatively, sprinkle the seeds onto the surface of compost in pots or trays. Snip off the shoots when ready.

Harvest: When approx. 5cm long.
