Dunluce were bred by Jack Clarke back in 1976 who famously bred the Ulster range of potatoes. Since then, Jamieson brothers have bred this variety from minitubers from Irish seed stocks and we are now the only grower of the variety and supply all other major retailers with Dunluce seed.

Dunluce are round to oval in shape. Eyes are shallow and the skin is white as is the flesh.

We would recommend this variety for great crops of early potatoes.

Great resistance to all forms of scab and resistance to disintegration when boiling.

Culinary uses are boiling- chipping and mashing.

This is the potato of choice in our family household.
