Ulster Classic seed potatoes produce one of the best tasting potatoes I have ever eaten (and believe me I have eaten a lot of potatoes over the years). An oval shaped tuber bred in 1967, Ulster Classic's bold white and red skin colour make it stand out from the crowd.
It's shallow eyes and a fine skin finish mean it's well suited to exhibition use for the showbench, whilst the tasty, creamy flesh and all-round kitchen use make this one of the best potatoes we have ever grown at JBA.
Resistance is good to potato virus A & X and good resistance to blight and common scab.
